Overview

The  Philly  Fuse, a  new  potential  WNBA team also  partnered with The Nailed It Initiative, work together to create a new solution to home repairs in the Kensington Pennsylvania community. At each game, a sign up sheet is offered for easy enrollment for students in high school.Through this initiative, each student gains hands-on experience by learning trade skills under the guidance of an experienced contractor. At the end of the training, selected students demonstrating both need and talent are offered paid internships in the trades. Participants earn achievement stamps for each home improvement task they successfully complete, fostering a sense of accomplishment and progress.
